How to purchase SCOM SIM?
You can purchase SCOM SIM from SCO franchise or CSC’s, and retailer shops
For Prepaid SCOM SIM
  • Pakistani Citizens
  • Biometric Verification is Mandatory
  • Copy of CNIC required
  • Foreigners: Original Passport (with valid visa)
  • Overseas Pakistanis: NICOP
  • Afghan Citizens: NADRA issued Afghan Card required (Biometric Verification Mandatory)
For Postpaid SCOM SIM

In addition to the above, CSAF (Customer Service Agreement Form) and deposit based on Package plan/access level is required, minimum amount required is PKR 400

Yes, Post Paid customer can recharge his account through EVC and voucher card
Postpaid customers can dial *125#
Prepaid customers can dial *111# and Postpaid customers can visit franchise for data packages
GPRS Settings are automatically sent the first time you insert SCOM SIM in handset. You an also retrieve the settings by sending “GPRS” to 605 through SMS
Prepaid &Postpaid customerscan check their services through self care app
Prepaid balance expires if customer does not perform an activity for 90 days

Your SPHONE Broadband service will be installed on your existing phone line. This means you can talk on your phone and access the Internet at the same time
Your broadband charges will appear as a separate itemized charge on your monthly telephone bill
Yes, you can request for shifting the broadband service to another number or location by visiting our service centre
You can order SCO Landline connection by simply visiting your nearest CSC. Customers, who order a new connection will be required to first pay the installation charges and once payment is received, order installation process starts. You will be informed via Call & e-mails about order installation.
Can be temporarily blocked by making a request at any nearest CSC or by dialing SCO helpline
In case of misplaced/stolen device, please contact the nearest franchise /CSC/Call Centre immediately to get the device blocked permanently to prevent unfair usage
